This well-designed accommodation offers a generous living area with sofa and comfortable seating, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping area with the option of king-size or twin beds and separate shower room with power-shower, basin and toilet. There is a private seating area in the garden adjacent to the Cottage, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
OVERVIEW
This semi-detached 19th century stone built Gardener's Cottage offers a light and airy open-plan layout with private entrance, south facing garden with uninterrupted views over the valley.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob & oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and Dualit coffee machine. For a good night's sleep you can settle into a comfortable super king bed with memory foam mattress and luxury topper. The super king can be separated into twin beds. For relaxing and watching TV there's a sofa and a couple of arm chairs.
All beds are prepared with quality duvets, pillows and cotton linens.
Includes portable Wifi, radiator heating, bbq and fire pit, free guest parking.
THINGS TO NOTE
IN THE COTTAGE: We ask guests to please remove their shoes upon entry to the Cottage.
ACCESS: Please note there is a stone step onto the path leading to the main entrance and three wooden steps with handrail leading to the Cottage door.
PETS: One small/medium-sized well-behaved pet is welcome, although they are not allowed on the furniture and linens. Pets must be kept on a lead while in the shared areas of the farm as we have free-ranging chickens, ducks, a cockerpoo and a cat.
NO PARTIES allowed unless booking includes Stable House and the Railway Carriages. Please feel free to contact the Host to discuss further.
NO loud stag or hen parties to minimise disturbance of other guests staying at the Farm.
